Kiwanis Club of Merrick

Welcome to Kiwanis Club of Merrick! We are an eclectic mix of ages, genders, occupations, backgrounds and interests. We are all passionate about making our community and the world a better place for children so they can thrive. We are devoted to serving the children in our local community and also children all across the country and worldwide through unique and innovative service projects and fundraising initiatives.

We are a part of Kiwanis International, a worldwide service organization for individuals desiring personal involvement in the leadership and improvement of their communities.  We share in the commitment of Kiwanis International to assist in solving problems of international concern through participation in Kiwanis International programs.  We believe that as a group, we can achieve what individuals cannot do alone.  Thus our motto and the cornerstone of Kiwanis – “Serving the Children of the World.”
